Phoenix Coyotes @ LA Kings:

Kings thought they would be concentrating on this game before they visited the west's best team, San Jose Sharks last night in San Jose. They even saved goaltender Quick for tonight's game but everything was perfect for them as they beat the Sharks in overtime with a score of 5-4.

They took the lead early in first only to be cancelled by the Sharks before the period ended. But they managed to get back into the game and take a 4-2 lead with only 8 shots on goal when three of them found the back of the net.

Sharks fought back and tied the game but it was Kings again who scored in overtime to win all two points.->Read more »

ST LOUIS BLUES @ DETROIT RED WINGS:

Blues have been winning games on road but they could not find a way to win games on home ice. They again lost at home and this time they were blanked by the Colorado Avalanche. They had 35 shots on net but they failed to score any goals. They were however on fire in LA when they edged the LA Kings in shoot out. They scored 4 goals in regulation. This was after their biggest win this month when they beat the San Jose Sharks 3-2,  after a last minute game tying goal scored by Colaiacavo. ->Read more »
