Phoenix Coyotes @ LA Kings:
Kings thought they would be concentrating on this game before they visited the west's best team, San Jose Sharks last night in San Jose. They even saved goaltender Quick for tonight's game but everything was perfect for them as they beat the Sharks in overtime with a score of 5-4.
They took the lead early in first only to be cancelled by the Sharks before the period ended. But they managed to get back into the game and take a 4-2 lead with only 8 shots on goal when three of them found the back of the net.
Sharks fought back and tied the game but it was Kings again who scored in overtime to win all two points.
Now they are back at the Staples Center to meet the Phoenix Coyotes. Kings are 8-4-2 at home and Coyotes are on a five game winning streak. The last time they played on road was in Anaheim and they beat the Ducks 3-2.
This is the second time these teams meet this season and the Kings won the first two games in Phoenix with same scores, 5-3.
Both goaltenders are good and Bryzgalov allowed only 7 goals in the last 5.
If the Coyotes can keep their defensive strength and if Bryzgalov plays like he has been playing in the last two weeks , this game should be a tight one. Kings also have three forwards on the injury list.
