Who would have thought? Bruins had a comfortable 3-0 lead in this series and Flyers had no morale at all. However, Laviolette's team fought back and tied the series at 3-3 with a win at the Wachovia Center on Wednesday.
The first two games at TD Garden were also close games with the Bruins winning both of them by one goal. Bruins had also struggled on home ice in regular season. We thought it was mostly because of injuries to players like Marc Savard but they really played bad last Monday when they Flyers shut them out at TD Garden with a score of 4-0. Bruins had difficulties winning games on home ice in regular season however they were better in playoffs and they beat the Flyers twice at TD Garden. After the Bruins made it 3-0 in the series, Flyers had to win to survive and they did.
