Devils have won three games in a row with the most recent one coming against the New York Islanders on Saturday. They have not played for three days. Islanders took an early lead that day but Devils fought back and destroyed their opponents with a 6-1 score. 42 shots on goal was the highest this season for the Devils and Martin Brodeur only allowed one goal by the Islanders.
