It is going as bad as could ever go for the teams of Alberta this year. Both of the Calgary Flames and the Edmonton Oilers are losing back to back games. Oilers are now without a win in last 11 games and they have only 1 wins in last 19. That's coming after a 5 game winning streak back in December.
Blues are coming off a loss against the Canucks last night. They didn't play their best hockey but they were able to stop the Canucks for most of the game thanks to another good performance by the goaltender Conklin.
