After winning two games in a row Canucks were beaten by the Blackhawks on Sunday despite limiting the Hawks offense to only 17 shots. Having watched last nights game between the Hawks and the Sharks, I think Canucks have done a much better job than I initially thought limiting the Hawks. Hawks are explosive and they have been demolising all their opponents since the return of Jonathan Toews and not not mention last night's debut of Marian Hossa. ->Read more »

Boston Bruins @ Minnesota

Minnesota Wild have won only one out of the last five games. They managed to beat the Islanders in their latest game at the Xcel Energy Center last Friday. They have not played since then. Bruins played on Monday and they beat the St Louis Blues 4-2. Marc Savard made his return agains the Blues. He did not look ready to me but his return surely made a good impact on the team.

Their powerplay was very good against the Blues and they scored 2 on 3 attempts. They limited the Blues to 29 shots and Rask made 29 saves. He has been pretty good replacing the injured goaltender Tim Thomas. Thomas will remain sidelined tonight.->Read more »
