Devils can tie their best road record tonight if they beat the Philadelphia Flyers with Martin Brodeur who has allowed two or fewer goals in last nine games and who happens to have his most wins in NHL against this Flyers team.

Flyers are coming off a loss to the Buffalo Sabres on home ice after winning four games straight. They were stopped by Ryan Miller that night when the All Star goaltender stopped 30 shots allowing the Flyers score only one goal.->Read more »

Injury problems for the defending Stanley Cup champions doesn't look like it is ending soon. Without Sergeir Gonchar, Maxim Talbot, Brooks Orpik, and finally Goligoski, they are trying to win hockey games. It was quite a miracle when they scored the game tying goal at the last second of the game against the Bruins. They later won that game it in overtime.
