Here is our second pick of the night:

NEW JERSEY DEVILS @ PHILADELPHIA FLYERS

Devils can tie their best road record tonight if they beat the Philadelphia Flyers with Martin Brodeur who has allowed two or fewer goals in last nine games and who happens to have his most wins in NHL against this Flyers team.

Flyers are coming off a loss to the Buffalo Sabres on home ice after winning four games straight. They were stopped by Ryan Miller that night when the All Star goaltender stopped 30 shots allowing the Flyers score only one goal.

Devils who have had no difficulties on road were back on home ice to take on the Washington Capitals on Saturday. They didn't begin the game well and just like we have seen in most of their recent games they came back to win it 5-2.

Before that game they were perfect in Pittsburgh beating the defending champions 4-1.

Martin Brodeur has been amazing in recent games as he stopped 83 of 87 shots in the last three. Of course Zach Parise who leads the team in scoring, had goals in four games in a row. He will be their key player along with Martin Brodeur tonight.

These teams met once this season in New Jersey and Devils who have not been as good at home as they have on road this season, lost that one by 5-2.

Flyers team love scoring games as they lead the NHL with 3.7 goals per game and they are the best team in NHL when it comes to powerplay goals. The Devils will make this harder as they are the best team in the NHL allowing only 2.1 goals and they don't give many powerplay chances to their opponents with only 3.3 per game.

If there is a team to stop Fyers firepower and their impressive powerplays, it is the Devils who are 9-0-0 on road this season.
