It is going as bad as could ever go for the teams of Alberta this year. Both of the Calgary Flames and the Edmonton Oilers are losing back to back games. Oilers are now without a win in last 11 games and they have only 1 wins in last 19. That's coming after a 5 game winning streak back in December.
Blues are coming off a loss against the Canucks last night. They didn't play their best hockey but they were able to stop the Canucks for most of the game thanks to another good performance by the goaltender Conklin. However the Canucks had some lucky goals in the third period and that let them score a powerplay goal and defend the lead until the end. ->Read more »

We are used to Devils shutting out opponents thanks to Martin Brodeur but it was the opposite last night when the Ottawa Senators beat the Devils 3-0 at the Scotiabank's Place.
