Florida Panthers @ NY Rangers

Rangers have several injuries but they are still finding ways to win hockey games. Boogard, Callahan, Christensen, Dubinsky, Fedotenko, Frolov and Prospal are all out but they were still the winner on Monday when they beat the Capitals 2-1 on shoot-out.

Florida Panthers are struggling of late. They have lost four of their last five games and they are also 4-8 when playing on road against the Rangers.

Panthers have the worst powerplay in the league at 11.4% while the Rangers have also had difficulties in last three  games after scoring 2 powerplay goals on 4 attempts in 7-0 victory against the Leafs last week. 

Rangers went 2-1 on road and they are returning home with a two game winning streak. They should win this one. Panthers are 10-13-0 on road but they went 0-2 in their last 2 road games.->Read more »

Toronto Maple Leafs @ Carolina Hurricanes

Second meeting between the clubs this season. Canes had won 4-3 in Toronto in December.

Carolina has been playing really good. Their performance against the Bruins last Tuesday was one of the best performances I have seen this season. They lost that games but it was surely not for the lack of trying. They had  45 shots on goal and Tim Thomas was at his best to disappoint them.

Canes then beat the Rangers comfortably at home with a score of 4-1. I wouldn't be surprised if they beat the Penguins on Saturday but they lost 3-2. 

Leafs are coming off yet another defeat. They have only one win in last five games and they scored only 8 goals in last 5 matches.->Read more »
