Boston Bruins @ Minnesota

Minnesota Wild have won only one out of the last five games. They managed to beat the Islanders in their latest game at the Xcel Energy Center last Friday. They have not played since then. Bruins played on Monday and they beat the St Louis Blues 4-2. Marc Savard made his return agains the Blues. He did not look ready to me but his return surely made a good impact on the team.

Their powerplay was very good against the Blues and they scored 2 on 3 attempts. They limited the Blues to 29 shots and Rask made 29 saves. He has been pretty good replacing the injured goaltender Tim Thomas. Thomas will remain sidelined tonight.->Read more »

Ottawa Senators @ New Jersey Devils

Hot Senators are going to New Jersey to play against the Devils who have lost three games in a row after an impressive run. Devils dropped three games in a row, first one coming in Philadelphia to be followed by losses in Nashville and Dallas. Their special teams have been poor especially in penalty killing and they went 50% in the last three games. That was the major problem for them.

Senators, unlike the Devils have been winning back to back hockey games. They have won four games in a row where they beat Toronto, Penguins, Sabres and Capitals in that span. However they will be without Leclaire tonight. Brian Elliot made 25 saves against the Capitals and helped his team win the game.->Read more »
