It is the sixth game the Bolts will try to snap their losing streak. They have lost five games in a row with the last one coming in Nashville. Despite taking the lead two times in Nashville, they couldn't stop Predators from scoring back to back goals in the second period and they lost the game 7-4 in the end.

Red Wings have been winning games in a row. They overcame Bryzgalov and the red hot Phoenix Coyotes on Monday at the Joe Louis Arena. They won three games in a row with same scores, 3-2.
