Playoff quarter finals continue as we have five games today.

Philadelphia Flyers @ NJ Devils:

Flyers may be without their top goaltenders and playing with Boucher may seem as a disadvantage on paper but it was not the case on the first match day of the playoffs. Flyers shocked the Devils 2-1 at the Prudential Center on Wednesday.

Boucher made some impressive saves when the Devils threw everything at him in the final period trying to tie the game at 2-2. 23 saves by him and Martin Brodeur allowed 2 goals on only 14 shots. ->Read more »

Boston Bruins @ Buffalo Sabres:

It wasn't easy for the Bruins to come here. They had to fight until last matches of the regular season to make it to the playoffs. Sabres fought for top places until the end.

In regular season Boston Bruins beat the Sabres 4 out of 6 times and Tuuka Rask allowed only 1.43 goals against the Sabres in 5 matches when Boston went 4-1.

Only 2 of the 6 regular games between the clubs went OVER and that was mainly because both teams have very good goaltenders. Ryan Miller and Tuukka Rask are two of the best goaltenders in the NHL. ->Read more »
