Florida Panthers @ Carolina Hurricanes :

Only yesterday these teams met in Florida. Panthers came back from an early Canes lead to win the game 6-3. They have been scoring a lot of goals lately.  Even with a lot of injuries. They are still without forwards David Booth, McArdle, Stillman and Tarnasky but they have won four of the last five games.

Now they will try to repeat their good performance from last night and beat the Canes at the RBC Center. Canes are the league's worst team right now with only 8 regulation wins. They are 8-20-6. They have been improving on home ice and they went 5-2 in their last 7 games at the RBC Center.

Panthers have scored a total of 17 goals in the last 3 games. They have also killed of every powerplay their opponents had in that span. Everything seems to be working for them right now.

Their recent wins also took their road winning rate to over 50% as they are now 9-8-2 away from home.

What will we see tonight? Will the Panthers continue their recent form and beat the Canes for the second time in as many night? Or will the Canes continue their dominance over the Panthers in recent years. (Carolina is 16-2 SU in its last 18 games when playing at home against Florida)

This is the second time these two teams meet at the RBC Center. First one was a huge 7-2 victory for the Canes. I am expecting an up-tempo game tonight. Florida Panthers have been scoring several goals lately and Canes will be desperate for a win tonight. Also, The total has gone OVER in 7 of Carolina's last 9 games at home.

PREMIUM NHL PICK: OVER 5,5 GOALS

1.86 @ Bodog.com

Outcome:

Sometimes it is frustrating to see a player missing an empty net goal, he misses the empty netter, game ends 3-2, we lose :)
