Hawks were in Phoenix last night against the Coyotes. They were still without captain Jonathan Toews despite the fact that he skated in the morning. It is not known if he is going to play tonight but there is one thing we saw again last night. Despite creating chances they were unable to score more than the single goal by Versteeg.
They have scored only 9 goals in their last 5 matches. They will eventually get that puck in net but I feel they will have to wait for Toews return and then he will have to be at his best. It doesn't seem likely even if he returns tonight.->Read more »
