Predators are 5-4-1 in last 10 and they have just acquired Mike Fisher from the Ottawa Senators. Colorado Avalanche are 2-8-0 and they are going to look to bounce back from a 6 game losing streak which put them at 14th place in the West. They still have a chance for the playoffs with 2 games in hand, comprared to the Flames at 8th place with 64 points.

Predators had won the first match between the teams in Colorado. 

Both of the teams have injury concerns. Adam Foote is out for the Avs while the Predators are still without Boulion, Svator and O'Reily. 

Predators are 12-5-6 on home ice. They are at 6th place in the Western Conference.

Predators beat the Red Wings 4-1 in their last game while the Avs lost in Columbus.

Los Angeles Kings @ Pittsburgh Penguins

Malkin and Crosby are out for the Penguins. These are not the only concerns for them as Kunitz, Asham and Letestu are also sidelined.

Kings with a 6-3-1 record in last 10 games are coming to this game with a hot goaltender, Jonathan Quick, who has won five straight games.

This is the first meeting between the clubs this season and they don't play each other often. In the last game last season, Kings had won 5-2 in Los Angeles.

In the last match in Pittsburgh, Pens had won.

Penguins will need a lot of support from second and third lines tonight and Kings looked solid in their latest games winning against Edmonton and Calgary Flames. 

I will go with the Kings in this one. With the absence of Malkin, Crosby and Kunitz, Penguins have a mountain to climb against Jonathan Quick and the Kings.->Read more »
