Having won two of the first three meetings, Blackhawks will try to stay in playoff race when they visit the Red Wings at Joe Louis Arena.

Blackhawks who won the Stanley Cup last season are now 8th in the standings trailed by Calgary and Dallas Stars. 

This is going to be a crucial game for the visitors and they are more than happy to see the injury problems, Detroit are having. Datsyuk and Franzen are both out as the Wings are coming into this one with a win over the Maple Leafs thanks to Zetterberg's performance.

Zetterberg and Cleary are doing the job for the Wings during the absence of Franzen and Datsyuk.

I will go with the Hawks tonight. Their playoff race is only going to get better if they win tonight after suffering an unexpected defeat against the Ducks on home ice on Saturday.->Read more »

Rangers won 5 in a row and made it 84 points in the standings. They are now 7th in the standings and are three points clear off Buffalo Sabres. However there is no time to relax as the Sabres have one game in hand and Carolina is trailing with 78 points, also with one game in hand.

Rangers will face the second worst team in the league, Ottawa Senators. Senators have had a terrible season and the only positive out of this season seems to be the acquiring of goaltender Craig Anderson. He will be the number 1 goalie for the Sens for the next two seasons. ->Read more »
