Senators keep on losing games. It wasn't any different last night in Philadelphia. Flyers did not let Sens come back from a 3-0 deficit and they made sure of the victory by adding three more after two quick goals by Ottawa. 6-2 was the final score...
Canadiens are 5-2 in last 7 games and they are coming off a loss in Buffalo on Tuesday. The last time they played on road, they beat the Rangers 2-1. They are 10-11-1 on road this season but they are 6-2-2 in last 10 games.
Senators with a 9-13-3 home record lack the firepower to win hockey games. They are 0-5 in last 5 home games and they have only one win in last 11 games.
Senators without Kovalev and Spezza and goaltender Leclaire are losing their playoff chances day by day. Captain Alfredsson is nowhere his form from previous seasons and they don't seem to get better anytime soon.
I will go with Habs in this one. Senators just have too many problems and I don't see them beating the Canadiens tonight.

Dallas Stars @ Calgary Flames
Flames are surprising me this season. They are 2-4 in last 6 games at home with the last one being the worst. They were shut out by the Minnesota Wild in their latest game on Wednesday when the Wild won 6-0. It was the second game they lost in a row. They were however much better on road, winning two of their last three road games.
Flames are without Langkow and Steve Staios, as well as Kostopoulos and Ivanans.
Stars are enjoying it at the moment. They are playing their best of the season, winning back to back games, at home and on road. Particularly on road they have been impressive, winning 5 in a row.
They are also very successful when they play against the Flames. They are 5-1 SU in last 6 matches against the Flames.
They don't have any fresh injuries and I expect them to continue their good run when they visit the struggling Flames. Stars should win this one.
