Loads of action tonight in the NHL.
Los Angeles Kings @ Dallas Stars:
They were one of the teams I loved watching them play last season. Kings seem to be getting better and better and this season they are 6-3-0. That's a very good start for the team.
They lost last night in Chicago but it wasn't for the lack of effort. They had a solid play in the second and third periods but Hawks managed to hold on to a one goal lead thanks to the goaltender Turco.
Turco is no longer a Stars player but Los Angeles Kings still have Jonathan Quick between the posts, who is 6-2-0 against the Stars in his career. He is also 1.95 GAA this season and will be starting tonight.
The only absentee for the Kings is defenseman Doughty. That is an important one but they don't have any other injuries. Stars are healthy too.
Stars are 2-2-0 on home ice this season and they dropped their latest home match versus the Anaheim Ducks.
I like how the Kings play on road. They have been very good against the Stars lately too.
