Boston Bruins @ Philadelphia Flyers
Boston leads the series 3-0 and tonight they have a chance to eliminate the Flyers. The first two games in Boston were very tight with the first one decided in overtime and the second game went Bruins way when Lucic scored the tie breaking goal in the final minutes of the third period.
Bruins had struggled on home ice before playoffs and they were better on road. This was the case against the Flyers as well. Bruins had a comfortable 4-1 win over the Flyers in 3rd match.
Goaltender Rask was perfect on Wednesday stopping 34 of 35 shots on goal and helping his team win it 4-1.
I don't see any way out for the Flyers after 3-0 but they may come up strong and win this one tonight. Bruins wouldn't mind going home and finish it at TD Garden in front of a sell out crowd.
David Krejci and Adam McQuaid are listed as day to day for the Bruins while the Flyers have no new injuries.
Goaltending problems after Ray Emery and Michael Leighton got injured continued on Wednesday. Boucher allowed 4 goals on 20 shots and he played his worst game in playoffs.
It's 3-0 so Flyers will be desperate. Bruins will be relaxed and they can afford a defeat here. I will prefer OVER in this one. Sportsbooks opened it at 5 goals. Regardless of the outcome, this one should go OVER.
