Colorado Avalanche @ San Jose Sharks
Not easy to win the Western Conference for the second time in two years. And it's even harder to face this team in playoff quarter finals with a group of young players with no playoff experience. That's what the Avalanche have been doing.
Avs shocked the Sharks in first match of the series and now they are coming to HP Pavillion as Sharks made it 2-2 in the 4th game of the series in Colorado.
Anderson, Avalanche goaltender has been excellent so far. He had stopped 25 of 26 shots on goal in the opening match and also stopped 51 shots on goal in the third match in Colorado when the Avalanche won 1-0.
Milan Hejduk and David Jones will both be out for the Avalanche while Dany Heatley will be able to play tonight for the San Jose Sharks.
Sharks will surely be physical and very offensive tonight as they have another chance to take the lead in this series. The question is if Anderson will be able to frustrate Sharks once again. I am expecting Sharks to win this one but it will not be easy. Avalanche had been pretty good on road all season long and their young players like Duchene, O'Reilly are very talented and despite being inexperienced, they have been doing well so far.
I will go with UNDER 5,5 Goals on this one as Anderson and Nabokov both looked great in the last match. No room for error in this match for either teams so they will be extremely careful in defense as well. This promises to be a tight game.
