Washington Capitals @ Montreal Canadiens:

Number 1 team in the regular season, Washington Capitals had almost found themselves in a bad situation as Canadiens led the game late in third period in the second match of the series. However, Capitals managed to equalize the game with a minute remaining in third and then they won it in overtime to tie the series at 1-1.

This is going to be the third time these teams meet at Bell Centre this season. In regular season, teams split the games with one win in Montreal. Canadiens had won the match in February after losing the first one back in November.

We saw 16 goals in first 2 games and there has been lots of shots on goal by both teams. Capitals, who are the highest scoring team in the league had 84 shots on goal in 2 games while the Canadiens did a good job scoring 8 goals on 62 shots.

These teams are not going to sit back and watch the other team play. Both teams will try to score first and will not stop trying to score more goals until they win this one. We should be watching a high scoring game tonight at Bell Centre where Canadiens fans will welcome their team who have a great chance to knock out President's Throphy winners of the season after beating them once at Verizon Center.
