We have two premium picks today.

Nashville Predators @ Chicago Blackhawks

Number 2 seed in Western Conference, Blackhawks were shocked by the Predators in the opening match of the series. Predators scored two empty net goals in the final minute of the game to win it 4-1 when the Hawks were denied by Rinne in final period of the match. Rinne stopped 25 of 26 shots on goal.

Predators had won a regular season game at United Center with the same score back in December but nobody expected to see the same result in a playoff match.

Hawks didn't look as good in offense as we have seen them in regular season when they played on home ice.

There has been big surprises so far in the playoff matches and the first match of this series between the Predators and Blackhawks was no different. It's time for the Hawks to start playing as the team with 29 wins on home ice in regular season. They do not want to let Predators take this series home with a 2-0 lead.

Brian Campbell and Johnsson are still out so Blackhawks will play with same lines tonight. I believe they will not make the same mistakes they did in the first game. Take Hawks to win in regulation

PREMIUM NHL PICK: CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS TO WIN [Regulation]

NJ Devils @ Philadelphia Flyers

Flyers won the first match but Devils responded with a 5-3 victory on Friday. Now the Flyers will try to take the lead again when the teams meet at Wachovia Center for the 4th time this season.

In previous 3 meetings at home against the Devils, Flyers had won all of them.

Flyers had 10 powerplay opportunities in first 2 games and they had scored 3 goals. That's as good as you can expect from a team in playoffs. Their powerplays has been very good this season. They are the second best in the league with 0.8 powerplay goals per game. Playing against the best defense in the league didn't make a difference. Devils are the toughest team to score on in the league. Martin Brodeur has been a big part of that but he wasn't at his best in first game allowing 2 goals on only 14 shots.

Flyers do not play all offensive as coach Laviolette is usually going with conservative tactics. We can not expect it at Wachovia Center so this game should have more goals than the first two games. Devils have great players like Parise and Kovalchuk.

PREMIUM NHL PICK: Over 5 Goals
