Anaheim Ducks @ Vancouver Canucks:

Ducks lost their last game in Calgary last night. Flames defense handles the Getzlaf line pretty well and they were so good offensively, Ducks couldn't do nothing about it. Flames were also extremely cautious giving away cheap penalties as they knew Ducks would take advantage of it. Ducks couldn't score more than 1 goal as they didn't have any powerplay chances. If the Canucks coach watched this later, he would probably tell his defenseman to do the same.

Canucks are coming off a defeat as well. It was the Edmonton Oilers who enjoyed third consecutive victory and this time they did it against another great team in the NHL, Vancouver Canucks. It was Canucks' thir loss in last five games. They were beaten by the Red Wings when they played at the GM Place for the last time on Saturday. It was the second home loss for the Canucks team who have only 8 regulation losses on home ice.They had beaten the Flames and the Sharks before those losses.

One of those 8 regulation losses Canucks suffered at GM Place was against the Anaheim Ducks back in December. Ducks outshot and outscored the Canucks that night to win the game 3-2. Ducks also won the first match between the clubs this season in Anaheim on October 30th with a score of 7-2.

I am not expecting a game like last night's Ducks@Flames. Canucks play offensively and they don't tend to try protect a lead like the Flames. They will try to rebound from last night's disappointment against the worst team in the NHL. Ducks didn't play very well last night either. They have 76 points and they are 9 points behind the 8th placed Detroit Red Wings. They don't have much of a realistic chance to reach the playoffs.  Canucks can come closer to clinching division with a victory tonight. Sedin brothers, Ryan Kesler, Burrows... This offensive power should do the trick for the Canucks against the Ducks.Take Canucks in regulation.
