Nashville Predators @ Vancouver Canucks:

Only 20 days later these teams meet at the GM Place once again. Vancouver Canucks beat the Nashville Predators 4-2 on December 22. Now the Canucks are coming off a disappointing loss on home ice against the Calgary Flames on Saturday night.

Predators are coming off a loss themselves. They lost against the Anaheim Ducks at home. Ducks was outshot again but they were pretty sharp in offensive areas scoring three goals on 21 shots.

Predators are 12-7-2 on road and they have won three of their last five games on road in last 10 games.

Vancouver Canucks rank among the best teams on home ice and they are 18-6-1 this season at the GM Place. The loss against the Flames came after four straight wins. This will be a good chance for them to get back on track and start another winning streak.

Canucks are going to be without Bieksa, Demitra, Grabner and Johnson tonight and the Predators are without Jordin Tootoo and maybe Jason Arnott. Arnott is day to day and his condition is uncertain for tonight.

Canucks looked flat in their last game against the Flames. They had very good games of late but they were outshot and outplayed by the Flames in the final game. I am expecting them to respond back with  good performance tonight and they have played pretty good at the GM Place this season.

Their home record in recent seasons has been good against the Predators. Vancouver is 12-4-1 SU in its last 17 games when playing at home against Nashville. Go for the Canucks in regulation.
