Montreal Canadiens @Washington Capitals:
Having lost three games in a row Caps will return to the capital city and they will face the Montreal Canadiens for the second time on home ice this season. The first game was played in November and the Canadiens had won that game 3-2 on road.
Canadiens were shut out by the Buffalo Sabres and Ryan Miller on Sunday after winning two game on road. Their return to the Belle Center was not really good for them. They are 2-4 SU in last 6 games against the Washington Capitals on road.
Kostitsyn brothers are listed as day to day for Habs and they are not expected to play tonight. They may also play without defender O'byrne tonight. Caps are without goaltender Varlamov so they will start with Neuvirth.
Oveckin finished the game in LA without a point on Saturday so expect him to be on fire tonight.
Canadiens played quite well in their last game against the Buffalo Sabres. The defeat was mainly because Ryan Miller was excellent again. Neuvirth won't be easy as well.
When Caps played at Verizon Center the last time they were shocked by the Carolina Hurricanes. But that defeat came after two excellent victories against Sabres and the Devils.
I am expecting them to play like they did in those two games. Canadiens have been playing very well on road of late but it will be harder than the game against the Panthers and the Lightning. I don't think they can stop the offense of the Capitals team.
