It was probably not a good practice when they played the Toronto Maple Leafs in back to back games. They had no difficulty finding the back of the net on powerplays against the Leafs but the Leafs are the worst in the NHL when it comes to penalty killing.Bruins have scored powerplay goals only against the Toronto Maple Leafs since the start of December. So it has not really been a positive month for them
Chicago Blackhawks are a healthy team and they have been playing very good as of late. Not only they have been winning games, they also have limited their opponents to 4 goals in the last 5 games. Thats not even 1 goal per game and it is very good.Penalty killing has also been almost excellent with only 1 goals given up in five games.
Now that they have a chance to beat the Bruins for the first time since 03/09/2003, they will have to keep playing like they did in the last two games.
We were going to go with UNDER for this match but the odds are far from being satisfactory, it is only 1.65 right now and it has no value.
Therefore we have decided to count on this young team that has been playing great hockey. Bruins have not been really good anyway, so it is a good time for the Hawks to claim a victory against them.
