I have to say Toronto Maple Leafs have been amongst the teams I have enjoyed watching over the last couple weeks. They have stepped up their game up and their performance was great in Montreal. They tied the game late in third but Canadiens managed to get away with an overtime goal.
They have lost in Buffalo and in Dallas too but these three consecutive losses shouldn't make you think that this team has not played well. They have played much better every game but lost every one of them with one goal.
It is time for Phil Kessel to start playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs and he will most probably start tonight. It must be exciting for Leafs fans as they will witness his debut and maybe a first victory on home ice.
Stamkos has been brilliant for the Tampa Bay Lightning as the player has scored in the last six games. He is on a streak. As was defender Kaberle for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Kaberle has had two goals and eleven assists in the last five.
We will see a hungry Toronto team that has been playing better and better, which will welcome acquiring from Boston, Phil Kessel that will probably make his debut tonight.
Looking at Toronto Maple Leafs's statistics, you can see how the team has been trying harder to win. They have had over 30 shots in all of their last five games.
Let's see how they perform tonight against the lowly Tampa Bay.
