Columbus Blue Jackets @ Edmonton
Blue Jackets are 5-2-0 in their last seven games and they will visit Edmonton Oilers who have been enjoying back to back home games. First, Minnesota Wild, then the Canucks, Edmonton Oilers managed to make it two home wins in as many games.
Oilers however have been struggling with flu problems this week. They didn't practice on Tuesday and Ryan Stone is sidelined indefinitely. Comrie is a doubt for tonight's game. He had to go home to rest on Tuesday. Gilbert Brules is also sick and Comrie did not skate in the last practice so he is a doubt too.
Blue Jackets' Rick Nash has been performing pretty well and he has all of his 11 points in the last three games. He will be key player for Blue Jackets tonight.
I didn't think Edmonton Oilers played too good in their latest wins against the Canucks and the Wild. They just did one thing better than their opponents, they took advantage of scoring chances. Blue Jackets should give them a tougher time tonight.
With so many ill and injured players, I believe Columbus Blue Jackets has the advantage tonight.
