Carolina Hurricanes vs Pittsburgh:
Despite being down 2-0, we can not say that Carolina Hurricanes played too poorly in the first two games of the series. On the contrary, they could have easily come back to Carolina with one game in hand if they were a little bit more careful.
Tonight they will try to make it 2-1 and I don't expect many changes to both of the teams. Penguins benefited from Malkin's services in the second game as the Russian player was impressive. Crosby and Malkin combined for 9 points in two games and Carolina will have to do something different and better to stop these two guys.
Eric Staal was far from impressive and he will have to step it up for Carolina tonight just like Cam Ward who allowed 5 something goals in this series.
Still, I say Carolina will make it 2-1 tonight.
