Colorado Avalanche did not play since thursday when they won against Tampa Bay on road. Florido on the other side lost twice in a row as they finished a long road trip. They lost to Carolina last time.

Looking at head to head statistics we see that Colorado is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games when playing on the road against Florida. This is a lot of dominance over the Panthers. Florida has played with Anderson as goalie but they have Vokoun back and he was impressive against Carolina as he stopped 35 shots but could not avoid an overtime loss.

Colorado has not lost to Florida since 2003 and they look like the better side right now. Florida may have Vokoun back but they are one of the worst in NHL when it comes to the offense.->Read more »
