If Kings win tonight, it's going to be their 7th road win. Which would match the record of Chicago Blackhawks in 2010. They really have been playing like the team that deserves to win the Stanley Cup this season. It didn't start this year. They have been progressing in recent years and this year is their year. Kings have a fantastic roster with almost every player capable of shooting the puck and score. Dwight King, Dustin Brown, Kopitar, Doughty, Penner, Richards. The whole team is energetic players. It's really not an easy task to defend a team that is so skilled like the Kings.
But it's not all about the offense. They have the hottest goaltender in the NHL. Jonathan Quick has been fantastic along with Rangers goalie, Lundqvist. Both goaltenders are helping their team win games and they have single handedly won games too.
Coyotes may get defender Aucoin back tonight but it's not going to help them much. The difference between the teams was much more than a defender in first game and to be honest, I simlpy can't see Coyotes winning tonight or any game at all in this series.
In the first period of the game, it all looked so unlikely for the home team to score if it wasn't for that shot from center ice, that Quick never expected. I guess he was busy watching his team mates trying to score as they were all over the Coyotes in the 1st period. 2nd period was about momentum change and Coyotes did really well but it never looked like they would win the game.
Money on Kings again!
