Sharks players know how devastating it would be to go 0-3 against the Vancouver Canucks. So they know they have to win tonight and break Canucks' momentum after losing two matches in Vancouver.
Sharks had a much better start to the series against the Red Wings. They had to wait for 7th match to win it but this time it seems to be much tougher. They have a mountain to climb now and these two games on home ice will be of utmost importance.

Bieksa and Higgns were the unexpected offensive powers against the Sharks in first two games. Kesler is yet to score a goal for the Canucks but you never know which game he will pick to shine.
Sharks will need a better performance from Dany Heatley and Clowe and Setoguchi tonight if they are to stop the Canucks this time.
Trailing 0-2, Sharks have a critical match tonight, this may lead to the end of the season for them if they lose again.
Sharks were 100% on powerplays in first two games but they had only 3 chances in 120 minutes. If they get more tonight, which is expected for a home team, we may see them using their powerplay against the Canucks. They still need to stop the Canucks powerplay after allowing three powerplay goals in last game.
I will go with Sharks tonight. They know how to handle pressure this season and this game is extremely critical.
